This is a film about people living in one of the most densely populated spots in the world, surrounded by the Philippines’ busiest global port. The film centres on four people in different stages of life, who are unknown to each other but share the same fate as the port will be expanded, engulfing the spaces where they now live, the spaces where their narratives unravel.
